Second commit was to add the packages we need to the server code! Note, this pulls monthly data and averages at the year level which is not great and still slow. Slow likely because it's very high resolution data, which I think we need since some of the MPAs are so small. I don't see any annual level data on ERDDAP. Will work more on making this better later. One option is to look at monthly SST anomalies for the past year for the user-defined polygon, rather than a temporal trend.
