I've created a Conda environment that includes earthaccess, OpenCV, and other packages we likely need. ~It does not include xesmf or some of the other more powerful regridding tools (unless they are pulled in by something else).~

Additionally I've created a notebook that shows how to use VIIRS L2 data via Earthdata queries, though it may be too far South for picking up ice.
