Simple modification to the workflow for the wave coupling run #34

As title. Additionally, a simple plotting script is added to visualize the difference in maximum elevation between two model runs.

@yichengt900 the updates look fine. I suggest not using wave coupling by default (use_wwm=0in input.conf). Otherwise feel free to merge the pull request

@SorooshMani-NOAA , good point. I just copy my configuration and forget to switch it back to 0 as default. Will do it now.
