Scheduling time/allocation on Frontera for Tutorial #37

Description

Up to 54 people will be on Frontera simultaneously to submit UFS Coastal Tutorial regression test. We may want to include a walk-through of the regression test output in the tutorial, and will therefore need to ensure everyone's jobs run immediately.

Solution

Gather info from Frontera sys admins about set up for the tutorial -- can we reserve time/allocation for up to 54 people? e.g. can they create a specific node for these runs, etc.
