Using pyTelTools functions (fastest i/o available)

Hi Thomas,

I see some inconsistencies in the Selafin generated file, I think this is due to 2 reasons:

• it forces to write double precision (while reading in single precision) but it does not update some size
• it does not include my improvments in writing (I will report my commit) which also convert some float32/float64 if necessary

I will try to provide you a correction in the next hours.
