[ ] Airtable is configured for 2nd/3rd grant earmark
[ ] DAOBot is updated to be able to distribute this earmark just like the other ones
[ ] There is a test that validates this is working
[ ] Results are successfully produced in Airtablle
[ ] Results are successfully produced in GSheets

We may still want to implement testing on DAOBot in order to validate that this earmark is working as expected.
