Ocean Protocol is an open source project built to empower the Web 3 Data Economy, the ecosystem of data providers, contributors, processors, vendors and purchasers that extract, access, aggregate and distribute data while deriving value from it.

Ocean is looking to incentives the creation of an ecosystem of decentralised data exchanges (e.g. data marketplaces) that provide a point of discoverability and comparison for data, along with indicators of quality and scope to enable broad access to data that would otherwise prove difficult to publish or consume.

Where Data Marketplaces intersect with Legal Tech

@innoprenuer just to confirm, is it mandatory to wait till the 28th of March, to make a submission or I can do it as soon as I finish working on this issue?
