Challenge Description

Concept:

We would like you to create a data sampler engine for Ocean Protocol for a given dataset. This engine should conform to following -

output sample should be privacy preserving, meaning it should not contain any PPIs or other info of user still maintaining core data offering values.
size of the sample should be configurable
you should demonstrate how and where it can be used by Ocean app builders
should expose all supported features via documentation or code itself

Submission Requirements

[x] should conform to all above requirements
[x] code should be published on github and should be open source.
[x] Ocean team should be able to read the README and able to test the dashboard successfully

How to Submit?

Publish your submission into public Github repo with proper README describing how to use it.
Next, submit the link to this repo to the bounty
