R20 Proposal (Walt.ID) not going through, Lifetime Cap related? #586

Challenge:

We introduced our 100k USD lifetime cap. I assume, but am not sure this could be related.

ChristianCasazza flagged it as not going through. Sharing a convo on Discord. Chris also says he did manual calc on Port and Walt.ID would be below LC (lifetime cap), 73k.

Another potential reason could be that Walt.ID submitted old school Port direct, not via seed portal.

DoD:

[ ] Check where Walt.ID submitted
[ ] Walt.ID lifetime grant USD volume is calculated properly (factoring in OCEAN value by date/time correctly)
[ ] Walt.ID Proposal is either
[ ] Accepted and life on Port, Pearl, Notion, etc
[ ] Or rejected for going over LC, and informed

PS: Ping me for comms with Walt if needed.

Feedback from Developers: There is nothing anywhere from Walt.ID except in Pearl. Nothing in Airtable, or Port, like I checked. Could/Should be a bug on OceanPearl end. Minor imo. Will close for now.
