Tech spikes on web3 logic: K33pr, Gelato #107

Note: we may not use this, depending on results of getting df-py to run in C2D stack (gh issue).

The same computations that we’re doing now will need to be maintained, and we may want to consider using Keep3r, and similar products to complete this.

When we decentralize DF, this work is only one possible set of tools to help. Closing this issue, instead use the higher-level epic to prioritize tech spikes to explore possibilities.

Also note: we're already using Gelato, we started a few weeks ago as part of DF Main work. :)
