We need to fill in the section "How to Submit Data Pools" in https://github.com/oceanprotocol/datafarming-private/blob/main/README.md

I spoke too soon. This is done! It's in the draft blog post "Guide to submit datasets for Ocean Protocol’s Data Farming Program" currently at https://medium.com/@manan.patel/983eb5414be7.
