[x] "Passive DF" tab: remove ability to lock / refresh OCEAN; update title/subtitle to "eg Passive DF has stopped. Details here (give link)."
[x] "Volume DF tab": fully remove.
[x] "rewards" tab: remove all but "Predictoor DF" section.
[x] Update the revoke token approval popup to make the user unapprove the approved tokens.

Token Approval

There might still be users that have approved tokens and we should emphasize that they must revoke the approval now because they shouldn't lock again and make sure that there is no risk on someone else locking their tokens.

A quick proposed solution is: Leverage the current popup but tweak it to make user revoke the allowance. For this let's update the text, make the popup bigger and maybe make the revoke action mandatory in order to close the popup
