[Bug] Link to "Data Challenges" in top menu gives 404 #1427

To reproduce

  1. Go to docs.oceanprotocol.com
  2. On the top menu bar, click "data challenges"
  3. It tries to go to https://oceanprotocol.com/challenges/
  4. But oceanprotocol.com gives a 404

Change the link to https://oceanprotocol.com/earn/data-challenges/

Note: the links along the top aren't in the code in this repo; they are configured via gitbook. So I changed them there. Fixed.
