[DF] Clean up some blank DF pages, more #1449

Passive DF and Volume DF were deprecated. We mostly updated DF docs to reflect this. But their pages are there, just empty. It looks weird. Clean this up, and anything related.

TODOs:

[x] update SUMMARY.txt so that blank pages don't show up
[x] remove old / obsolete .md files
[x] update .gitbook.yaml to gracefully redirect
