Background / motivation

From my conversation with Manan (Desights) last week, I saw that

Manan isn't enough in the loop wrt Thresher competitions (predict-eth and others), and what specs we need for each competition
we're (Thresher) not in the loop enough wrt Desights: progress on WIP requirements from us, and other things they're building (eg social s)
and finally, there is greater opportunity for swapping notes in general

TODO:

[x] Schedule a weekly 30-min sync with Manan & members of Thresher. Thresher side should include: Ray, Trent Christian, Veronica

This issue is only closed when the mtg includes the people above, at a time that works for all.
