Step one is to contact the data manger and determine their capabilities and goals.

Details on Action item Investigate what NACLIM and OSNAP stations are (not)included in OceanSITES at the moment ( DMT invite OSNAP and SOOS to OceanSITES) Comments: Assign NACLIM and OSNAP to Thierry. Assign SOOS to Derrick to get started.

Created separate issues for NACLIM and OSNAP. This issue relates only to SOOS.

Please spell out acronyms - I may not be the only member who has no idea what SOOS is. The DMT has members from a diverse set of agencies, countries, and disciplines, and acronyms are not as clear to all of us as one might assume.

SOOS is the Southern Ocean Observing System. Bob W brought this up at the last meeting in Southampton and may be the best person for identifying the POC of the SOOS moorings. Pip as I recall.
