Troubleshoot NACLIM and OSNAP data #39

At Southampton it was noted that there were some issues with the NACLIM and OSNAP data sets. Thierry volunteered to investigate but at this point it's unclear exactly what those "issues" are. Suggest looking forst at basic compliance and the length of the records. Below is the action from Champika's notes.

Investigate what NACLIM and OSNAP stations are (not)included in OceanSITES at the moment ( DMT invite OSNAP and SOOS to OceanSITES)

NACLIM data should be available by January 2017.

OSNAP data are next on my list of 'to do' OceanSITES submission, once the NRT PAP data are flowing correctly...
