This is an action item from the Kiel meeting. We are to come pup with a plan to assign and manage DOIs for OceanSITES data sets. We have had many discussions but we've never written down exactly what we will attempt to do.

Here are the two presentations on DOI presented in Kiel meeting. The first one is derived from the second (initialy presented in AtlantOS EU project).
