added higher resolution

I have never done a pull request before so I hope I did it correctly. A lot of the pictures in the manual were already low res so I need to try and find if higher resolution versions exist for the ones i didn't add

All good. You can navigate the Files Changed tab and see the before/after image comparison. All the new ones are better than my screen captures.

I'll merge this PR as is and you can add the next ones in another PR. Let me know if that is OK and/or if you need help with the Git/GitHub workflow for it.
