Correction/bug fix for MX estimation in the case of harmonic lasing.
Verified that lg3 and rho3 for Ming Xie estimations at fundamental (h=1) are unchanged, this was tested with the new version of unit_tests/rad_test/fel_mx.py in commit id a938bd3 .
In this version, the MX estimation (for h>1, h odd) of some parameters still needs to be implemented, info messages are displayed.
