Question about compatibility with spigot #19

Hello, I saw on the modrinth site (https://modrinth.com/plugin/freedomchat) that the plugin supports spigot but this plugin is a paper plugin isn't it or have I missed something?

Some features (for the moment just integration with the NoChatReports client-side mod) require paper. The rest of the plugin will work on spigot.

This is by no means a guarantee into the future though.
