Problems with Installation of GUI on vista #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed all the libraries. Tried both the required libraries in the zip 
file and those that the program was developed with.
2. Follwed the installation instructions and those for configobj 
2. Unable to run hooke as the config files do not appear to be identified. 

Is there something I am missing?
