clean up media cache #9

We need to implement https://github.com/tootsuite/documentation/blob/master/Running-Mastodon/Production-guide.md#remote-media-attachment-cache-cleanup, ideally as Kubernetes CronJobs.

We should use https://docs.joinmastodon.org/admin/tootctl#media-remove instead of the outdated info from that link.
