Rerwote RT stuff with REST 2.0 API #241

While there is existing libraries which can do the job...

Need to rewrite tests as well

Also did https://github.com/ocf/ocflib/pull/232

Not sure if we want to leave the compatibility stuff here

didn't run precommit, i'm stupid
