See ocf/puppet#253 for a failed attempt, and ocf/ocflib#154, ocf/puppet#528, ocf/ircbot#94, and ocf/ocfweb#473 for the current solution. I believe this is a good middle ground and the issue can be closed.

This was going to be a proposal to move ocf.io to kubernetes, instead of having it point to death
