Fix/replace shellinthebox #1130

Shellinthebox stops working after some time; we would like to fix or replace it. Currently we are looking at replacing it with Apache Guacamole.

I think something like wetty or gotty might work, see also https://github.com/ocf/kubernetes/issues/12.

For now we can set up wetty with SAML 2.0 I believe https://github.com/butlerx/wetty/blob/main/docs/apache.md#saml2-integration-to-auth-users

Unfortunately I think this issue may not be as easy as I thought it would be :/
