give RT pod 4GiB #15

It turns out that under load, RT can use quite a bit of memory. This will avoid the pod getting killed for it.

We might also considering increasing its cpus?

we should have plenty, pandemic's pretty chonky

we can also bring jaws back up as a k8s node now
