建置Taipei 分頁 #64

資料已給，麻煩本週建置完成～～

以現有資料建製完成，感覺視覺上可以再調整，但這週可能有點困難

Taipei 頁可否用 index 的大圖模組加進來？ 我可以找一些 Open source 的 Taipei 照片

看是不是 @sanyaoooo 只需要先處理版型，各 section 的內容我來幫忙 update

好喔，除了最上面加上首頁的大圖 中間維持現在的 sim card, 交通資訊 最下面再幫我增加像首頁 side event 的（雙欄）小資訊，可以放一些餐廳、景點資訊等

加上了 banner 和 雙欄資訊（taipei_info.json) 交通資訊原本也想做成用 json 抓內容 但發現內文有連結，不確定怎樣做，就先放著 banner圖可以在 image/taipei 做更換
