Acces the recruits shop before level selection #69

Sometimes i want to reorganize my recruits before selecting a level, either because i don't remember my build after some time not playing the game, or because i already know the level i'm going to select next and want to plan my recruits ahead.

For this, i'd like the recruit shop to be directly available from the level selection screen, or even the main menu, once the New Game option is moved away :)

I would welcome this too. It would be similar to card games where you quickly re-organize your deck of cards. I think the level screen should only remind you that you can re-shuffle your hero to progress if you are stuck.
