Recruit description has an infinite scroll lenght #73

The recruit description can be indefinitely scrolled up or down, making them disapear into the abyss. This is pretty minor, but could be prevented.

Fixed that on the top side (1.30). The bottom is more difficult, I don't have a good idea how to prevent this.
