Missing icon after new update #7

After the newest update, the icon has now dissapeared.

It used to be in "status-4-ever" bar, i have tried to uninstall both sabnabdfox and status-4-ever and reinstalled only sabnzbdfox but it still not works.

Problmens on following platforms, Debian Linux - Firefox ESR 45.3.0, Windows 7 - Firefox 48.0 and Windows 10 Firefox 48.0. Language is English on all of them. The windows 10 had never had installed status-4-ever plugins so i dont think thats the problem.

The problem is known, but I didn't had the time to fix it yet. A workaround which should work: When you open the Icon customize dialog with installed add-on their is an empty Icon. You drag this Empty Icon to the place where you want it to be and after a restart of Firefox it will be there and stays visible.
