Web Extension for Firefox 57 #8

I use sabnzbdfox and it does its job perfectly. So I would like to know the future of this extension with Firefox 57 available November 14th who according my comprehension supports only Web Extensions ?

Hi, I also love the functionality of this Add-On which is why I asked the original developer to help maintain it. Which I did with some modifications to keep it compatible. BUT I am not a web developer and don't have the skills and time to build this from the ground up to be an Web Extension. The original creator also has no time and secondly I don't know if the new Firefox API even supports this form of download interception. So I guess this add-on will be dead soon like many other add-on's from small developers who don't have the resources for a rewrite. btw Pull requests are welcome :-)

I didn't start anything yet and unfortunately am not planning to because of the mentioned reasons. a Promising alternative could be https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/nzb-unity/ https://github.com/clutterskull/nzbunity
