logtail doesn't work #211

It looks like it's the RPC issue since using python supervisorctl actually prints that error:

$ supervisorctl tail pa
error: <class 'xmlrpc.client.Fault'>, <Fault -32500: 'Application Error: 20: NO_FILE'>: file: /usr/lib/python3.7/xmlrpc/client.py line: 656

@aragaer could you please use the "supervisord ctl logtail " to get the program log?

It just terminates without printing anything.

please get the program log with command "supervisord ctl logtail "
