A list of outdated packages always contains updates to major versions. But only minor version updates should be documented, therfor major updates should be filtered

[ ] Composer: Filter latest-status !== semver-safe-update
[ ] Yarn: Filter Current == Wanted
[ ] NPM: Filter current == wanted
[ ] Bundler: Filter installed == requested
