added Laue case #28

The Laue diffraction in crystals is added. The crystal orientation vectors need to be defined such that (n) is pointed outside the crystal, and (t) has a positive z component; when asymmetry angle is positive, reciprocal lattice vector (H) has a positive component [1], i.e. along (n)
