You may have heard from Erik Knudsen (@ebknudsen) about the MCPL (https://mctools.github.io/mcpl/) library that can interface with a number of other simulation packages (such as GEANT4, MCNP and McXtrace). This is basically a format to store XZY KxKyKz etc coordinates of simulated events into an interchange binary file.
We would like to propose that SRW exports its information in such a format.
Would you be so kind to indicate to us (together with @willend) where we can contribute, and how to recollect the Xrays coordinates information from SRW ? This way we can prepare a PR for you to approve/comment.
