Enabling CSD Frameless Windows in Sandbox App？ #48

The sandbox seems support Windows-style CSD frameless windows, but I'm not sure how to enable the sandbox app to use the CSD window or what specific changes are needed. Can you demonstrate how to enable it?

I've decided that I will drop support at the moment because it's not 100% working. I recommend using another lib.
