Ability to change name and paths in windows installers #102

Currently the setup file generated is kinda messy (at least with organisational names in packages):

It would be nice to be able to; 1) change the title (in this case Game Maker Hub Catalyst) 2) change the path (in this case %PROGRAMFILES%/GameMakerHub/Catalyst)
