Handle +A2 EPD #26

Hi, thanks for the work on epdx! I think it will be very useful as a data exchange format in our organization APIs.

We will be handling data mostly related to +A2 EPDs, and I wanted to give indication that this feature would be important to us - at least the schema support.

Good to know @mkouhia! There is already preliminary support for +A2, meaning that EPDx will parse GWP_tot into GWP

Other indicators have not been tested yet
