TASKS

[ ] Break down vignette (hdxstats-getting-started.Rmd) into a list of smaller ones to make a series of tutorials
[ ] Tutorials must be numbered and ranked in terms of difficulty, from basics to advance Suggested list
- Basics
- Analysis of Typical HDX-MS
- Epitope Mapping Experiment
- Protection-Deprotection Maps
- Multi-level Analysis
- Advanced visualisation
[ ] Place tutorials in a separate folder, e.g tutorials

For the R-package to compile correctly, we need to keep them in the vignettes folder and not have sub-folders
