Add LICENSE to `duct_sh` crate #107

Even though the license is specified inside Cargo.toml, it is missing from the actual crate. Adding a symbolic link to the top-level LICENSE file will fix this issue.

I want to get this crate to be packaged in Fedora as RPM. This change is required as part of the review process.
