It is happening at the first OpenGL command? Looks like they aren't being loaded.
Use glew or glad (or your own utility) to load your OpenGL function pointers.

Solved it by adding
gladLoadGLLoader((GLADloadproc) glfwGetProcAddress)
under glfwMakeContextCurrent(window)
(you may also go to Demo>About Window, and click "Config/Build Information" to obtain a bunch of detailed information that you can paste here)
