Link to hOCR spec doesn't work #182

No 404, just doesn't open

Thanks for the report. hocr.info was only a redirect, formerly to a page at google.com which no longer exists, later to https://github.com/kba/hocr-spec. The link should be replaced by https://kba.github.io/hocr-spec/.
