Initiative 1: Geospatial bill #1

Requirements:

  1. A website (domain to be decided) which contains: a. A link to the draft bill. b. Links to media sources. c. A break-down of the bill. d. A Call-To-Action to vote with a comment (by texting a number through Whatsapp). e. Preliminary results
  2. A back-end which: a. Reads the designated email to which the Whatsapp conversations will be sent, parses the data and stores it in a database.

For this specific issue, http://savethemap.in/ will serve as the front-end to publicsarkar's back-end.

Edit: While WhatsApp has an option to export a chat[0] via email, it does not seem to support a bulk export. [0] https://www.whatsapp.com/faq/en/android/23756533
