Reason converter does not know let%lwt syntax? #21

IIRC, reason does not have the "short syntax" for ppxs. So let%lwt is just not a thing, it's always [%lwt let ... ]

I asked Frédéric Bour to add syntax let%lwt a few months ago. He told me it is done but I don't really know if it is released.
