Running on heroku? #37

Has anyone run this on heroku? I found a BuildPack that lives at https://github.com/creativegeekjp/heroku-buildpack-couchdb.git, but something hangs when I try to deploy the app to heroku.

I think someone has. The latest master does not require couchdb, so that simplifies things.
