Like the title says. It's a cold winter, so this seems like a good idea.

I tested it locally and it didn't work. Still, don't take my word for granted and test it yourself, as I have failed to do a single thing right regarding setting up my own local server to test things locally, so this may be yet another error.

Probably needs the hooks from MobBump() and Crossed().

fire_stacks are perfectly conserved That's how /tg/ does it? Harsh.

Wait, I thought I added the MobBump() thing. Dang it, I'll change it.
