Support more WaveOut Formats #28

ABox (2.41) currently supports only MMSystem and early DirectSound 
audio interfaces -- both of which are a decade out of date. Adding 
additional audio interfaces would make better use of modern 
hardware -- such as multi-channel, larger bit widths, and higher 
sample rates.

The origonal author of ABox has not kept up with newer audio 
hardware interfaces. Advice from experienced developers with an eye 
towards how ABox currently wants to use audio streams is needed.
