In order to reproduce, simply install BetterFoliage (latest) together with Computronics (latest) and place down a colorful lamp. Instead of the desired texture, you will only see the lamp erroring out and falling back to displaying the broken texture substitute.
Adding the block to the BetterFoliage blacklists does not fix the issue. Errors can't be seen in the JVM output or anywhere else. BetterFoliage also doesn't error out in chat.
