Does not skip invalid images #85

Images may become invalid as we prepare them on the client side. (In enterprise 
applications such 
as multiple listing service applications.)

Please provide an option for the slideshow to skip such images from both the 
thumbnail list and 
from the animation.

Currently, any such image immediately stops the show when it's visited as part 
of the animation.
